A system for control in order to wear seat belt is provided to impose a fine on unfastening of the safety belt to enhance the wearing rate of the seat belt. The system for control in order to wear seat belt comprises the wearing detecting device(10), and the seat belt wearing checking device(20) and the center server(30). The wearing detecting device has the wearing condition sensor(12) and sensing signal transmission unit(14). The wearing condition sensor is positioned in the buckle of the seat belt and senses the wearing condition of the safety belt. The sensing signal transmission unit transmits the sensing signal of the wearing condition sensor to outside. The seat belt wearing checking device has the sensing signal receiver(22), the controller(24), and the camera and the image transmission unit(28). |
