A laser module for the imitation firing is provided to prevent the human deaths by the firearm miss operation by irradiating the laser beam to a target. A laser module for the imitation firing comprises a shaft(130), a holder(120), and a laser part(110). The shaft is inserted into a muzzle of gun. The holder is installed at the end part of the shaft. The laser part is fixed to the holder. The laser beam is irradiated from the laser part, once a user shoots the firearm. The shaft comprises a short diameter part(134), a declined part(133), and a large diameter part(131). The short diameter part is inserted into the muzzle of the gun. The large diameter part is formed in the end part of the declined part. The holder is installed in the large diameter part and is inserted into a muffler(11) of the muzzle of the gun end part.
