A phone certification basis card settlement method, a system thereof and a recording medium for a customer mobile terminal are provided to remove a process for reading card information from a customer card and process the card transaction through a customer card number and customer mobile terminal information. A franchise server(100) requests a phone certification card payment. A card company server(110) processes the payment authorization through a client card. The customer mobile terminal information is received to a server which a seller wireless mobile terminal accesses. The seller wireless terminal is authenticated. The phone authentication about the card payment is performed through the client mobile phone information. The customer card information is confirmed.
