An insulation oil separator of a reciprocation compressor is provided to maintain various functions of the compressor by separating oil before discharging refrigerant into the outside of the compressor. An insulation oil separator(700) of a reciprocation compressor includes an inner recess(710), an outer recess(720) and an oil outlet port. The inner recess includes a gas outlet(711). The outer recess is formed according to a circumference of the inside recess. The outer recess is connected with the gas outlet. The oil outlet port is connected from the inner recess to the outside. The inner recess is separated by a guide wall with the outer recess.
