A method for manufacturing a loess plywood material is provided to increase surface strength of a plywood material and produce environment-friendly products in a relatively simple manner by fully automation. A method for preparing a loess plywood material includes the steps of: drawing a piece of plywood material at a time from a pile of plywood materials having a stipulated standard, and transferring the plywood materials on a conveyor belt in order; mounting the plywood material on a sanding machine, and then treating the upper surface of the plywood material with a revolving sandpaper to keep the smoothness; passing the plywood material through a pair of rollers, and forming a loess layer having a coating thickness of about 0.2-0.5 mm on the surface of the plywood material by a coating roller impregnated with liquefied loess to be supplied through a nozzle; applying heat of about 100-130 °C to the surface of the plywood material having a loess layer; irradiating the dried plywood material with ultraviolet rays to increase surface strength; printing a predetermined pattern on the surface of the loess layer formed on the plywood material using a printing roller impregnated with a water-soluble or aqueous ink; drying the pattern-printed plywood material, and coating the dried plywood material with an ultraviolet finishing paint to reinforce the surface; and loading the finished products in order.
