<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device where a memory is easily regenerable or a circuit substrate for a memory regeneration irrespective of the position of a defective terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic device 200 has the semiconductor device 1a and a module substrate 6. Sixteen input/output terminals 11 are equidistantly disposed from a first central point 23 in the semiconductor 1a. A mounting section 12a of the module substrate 6 has 24 input/output terminal pads 31. The input/output terminal pads 31 are equidistantly disposed accurately from a second point 43. There are 8 continuity pads out of the input/output terminal pads 31. If an even terminal 51 is a defective terminal out of the input/output terminal 11, the input/output terminal is mounted on a mounting section 12a so as to allow the continuity pad to be connected to a position where it corresponds to an odd terminal 53.
