PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since it is necessary for a person who inputs a message to intentionally associate messages to be stored in a data storage device, it is not convenient for a user.

SOLUTION: This data storage device is provided with: a message information storage means for recording information related to a message to be input and attribute information accompanying the message, and for storing the message so that it can be reproduced; an input detection means for detecting the input of a message; a relevancy decision means for deciding relevancy of the message detected by the input detection means to the message stored in the message information storage means on the basis of prescribed relevancy decision standards; and a relevancy recording means for recording the relevancy of the messages in the attribute information on the basis of the decision result decided by the relevancy decision means.
