Method for managing access to telecommunication services in the context of a customer acquisition and loyalty programme including the provision by a trader site (SM) to a customer (Ci) of access to services offered by a telecommunication operator (A) from this customer's mobile communication equipment (Moi). This method comprises: - on said trader site, on completion of a transaction carried out by the customer from his mobile communication equipment, a transmission of communication particulars of the customer, especially his telephone number, to an operating site, - on said operating site, a recognition of a communication service account existing at the communication operator, or an opening of a new associated communication service account, a receiving of information about the transaction carried out, especially the amount of said transaction, a processing of this information on the transaction carried out, to determine a variable component of inducement credit relating to said transaction, which is credited to this communication service account, - at the operator level, a selective access for said customer (Ci) to communication services, which is conditioned on the existence of a communication service account credit greater than a predetermined amount.
