FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area, namely to ways of quantitative determination of hemorrhage at colic bleedings, and can be used for hemorrhage determination in a single-step taken assay of intestinal drainage or during the observation period at ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, neoplasms in large bowel, angiodysplasia etc. Collecting of patient's intestinal drainage is made in a day for realisation of the way, its volume and presence of haemoglobin (Hb i.d.) in it is determined. Besides, haemoglobin content (Hb bl.) is determined in peripheric blood of the patient. Blood volume in intestinal secretion of the patient is calculated under the formula: . ^ EFFECT: rising of accuracy of hemorrhage determination in ml within 24 hours at a patient with intestinal drainage; rising of tactics determination reliability of medicamental or surgical treatment of the patient with a colic bleeding; possibility of hemorrhage determination in a single-step taken assay of intestinal drainage or during the observation period. |
