A mutual inductive reactor type power saving device is provided to stably supply a power required in a load by determining a state of an input power source or a current amount required in the load. A primary voltage detection control unit(6) detects and controls a primary voltage through a center tap(12) of a primary voltage coil(2) of a mutual inductive reactor(4). A secondary current coil voltage detection control unit(7) detects and controls a current coil voltage of a secondary current coil(3) of the mutual inductive reactor. A switching unit directly supplies an input power source(1) to a load(5) according to an output signal of the primary voltage detection control unit and the secondary current coil voltage detection control unit, or serially connects the load to the secondary current coil of the mutual inductive reactor. |
