A method for manufacturing heath functional ginseng products using ginseng is provided to offer functional effects without toxicity and to used the ginseng between meals for children and old persons by impregnating extract of small beans, mulberry, ginseng streamed red and licorice root etc. A method for manufacturing heath functional ginseng products using ginseng comprises the following steps of: steaming fresh ginseng at 70~99°C for 40 ~ 60 minutes and drying the fresh ginseng in a vacuum condition; impregnating the dried fresh ginseng in 50~90°C at 1~3atm; and aging the ginseng at 0~5°C. A compound includes 50 weight% of herbal extract and 50 weight% of generated steam. The herbal extract includes 20~50 weight% of rhynchosia volubilis, 20~50 weight% of mulberry extract, and licorice root of 10~15 weight%. |
