A liquid crystal alignment film is represented by chemical formula 2 and comprises a photoreactor with a symmetrical molecular structure. In chemical formula 2, B is a polymer repeating unit; n is number of total repeating units, wherein 10 < n < 10,000; S2 is a linker between a main chain and photoreactor; Yis the photoreactor of which anisotropy is induced by radiating polarized light ultraviolet rays; and E is a terminal portion, and is hydrogen, halogen, cyanogen, nitro or C1-12 alkyl group.
