A suction nozzle vacuum cleaner including the same are provided to remove fuzz on a carpet, hair, and fine dust easily by using an adhesive portion of the surface of a tape roller. A suction nozzle(30) comprises a suction nozzle body(31) and a filth attachment unit(100). The suction nozzle body has a suction port(32). The suction port sucks filth from the surface. The filth attachment unit is detachably installed at the suction nozzle body. The filth attachment unit is installed behind the suction port.
