PURPOSE:To constitute the titled circuit with an IC having a high frequency output circut whose first transition and last transition are sharp and to provent an abnormal oscillation by providing a gate circuit whose logic level is different from the gate circuit in front and in the rear of said gate circuit between the oscillation circuit and the output circuit. CONSTITUTION:An oscillation output from the oscillation circuit 1 connected to an element 2 for oscillation is amplified in an amplification circuit 3 and divided in a division circuit 4 so as to be outputted from the output circuit 5. The oscillation circuit is constituted with a CMOS-IC and a crystal vibrator 7 is mounted on the outside of the IC, so that an output signal 20 from the invertor 10 for oscillation of the circuit 1 is inputted in an invertor 11 for ampli fication. The output signal from the invertor 11 is inputted in an invertor 12 for shaping waveform in the next stage and the output signal 22 from the invertor 12 is inputted in the predrivers 13 and 14 of the output circuit 5. The invertor 11 makes the logic levels (inversion level) different between the invertors 10 and 12, which are in front and in the rear of the invertor 11, so that the occurrence of the abnormal oscilation is prevented in the IC having the high frequency output circuit. which can h ighly output.
