<p>A method for preparing nylon microsphere includes the steps (1), (2) and (3) or the steps (1'), (2) and (3): (1) dispersing the free-radical polymerizable monomer in the molten lactam monomer, adding free-radical initiator, and free-radical polymerizing the free-radical polymerizable monomer to obtain a mixture of the free-radical polymer and lactam monomer; or (1') providing a mixture of free-radical polymer and molten lactam monomer; and (2) adding the initiator and activator for anionic ring-opening polymerization of lactam to the mixture obtained in step (1) after the residual free-radical polymerizable monomer and water in the mixture are removed, or to the mixture obtained in step (1'), and anionic ring-opening polymerizing lactam to obtain the polymer alloy of the free-radical polymer/polyamide; and (3) removing the free-radical polymer in the polymer alloy obtained in step (2) by dissolving, to obtain the nylon microsphere. Further, a kind of nylon microsphere has a weight average molecular weights in the range of 10,000 to 300,000, and a particle diameter of between 0.1 and 500 micrometers. ® KIPO & WIPO 2009</p> |
