A boiler device is provided to prevent foreign material like scale from remaining in the chamber by using a variable magnetic field generator located outside the chamber. A boiler device comprises a chamber(10) storing water, a variable magnetic field generator(20) which is installed outside the chamber and generates a variable magnetic field, a water inlet(30) which is connected to the chamber and let the liquid flow into the chamber, a water outlet(40) which is connected to the chamber and let the liquid in the chamber flow out, and a controller(50) controlling the variable magnetic field generator, the water inlet and the water outlet.
