PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back-door stopper rubber structure of vehicles improving the closing property and suppressing flapping of a back door. SOLUTION: The stopper rubber of a back door attached to a car body opening part for opening/closing the back door is so formed that the stopper rubber 1 is attached to one plane portion 2a of a U-shaped spring 2 so as to slidably advance/retreat between a tip portion 2c and a curved portion 2d, the other plane portion 2b of the U-shaped spring 2 is attached to an attachment member 3 to the car body opening part so as to slidably advance/retreat between a tip portion 2c and the curved portion 2d, and a spring constant by the U-shaped spring 2 is varied by changing the positions of the stopper rubber 2 and the U-shaped spring 2 so as to improve the closing property of the back door and suppressing the flapping of the back door in traveling.
