PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable winning device surely informing a game player of opening of a movable member. SOLUTION: The variable winning device 12 operates a movable member 18 rotatably arranged to a shaft 17 perpendicular to a mounting plate 16 in an elected state and a tilted state, by driving force of an electric driving source or passage of the game ball. A light-emitting means 33 is arranged on the movable member 18 and a contact point 36 for opening and closing an electric circuit of the light-emitting means 33 is also arranged. An electric conduction means H positioned on a rotation track of the movable member 18 and coming into contact with the contact point 36 when the movable member 18 is tilted is arranged in front of the mounting plate 16, and an electric circuit is opened and closed in relation to rotational operation of the movable member 18 to cause the light-emitting means 33 to emit light.
