摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce sufficient air into a cavity for purging storage fuel even if an area of an annular cavity in a gas turbine engine combustor is changed by relative thermal expansion. SOLUTION: The combustor is equipped with a housing 33 of a combustion chamber 47, combustor components, and a ferrule 37 movable between a first position and a second position to the housing 33. Further, the ferrule 37 comprises a plurality of purge gas openings 55, 57, 59, and the purge gas passes through the ferrule 37 and flows into the combustion chamber 47. The purge gas openings 55, 57, 59 comprise block purge gas openings for blocking the flow of the purge gas and block-releasing purge gas openings enabling the purge gas to flow at the first position. The purge gas openings are arranged so that the block purge gas openings at the first ferrule position are released from the block, and the purge gas passes through the openings and flows into the combustion chamber at the second position.
