SHOCK ABSORPTION DEVICE OF BOOM CYLINDER FOR INDUSTRIAL VEHICLE

An impact absorption apparatus of a boom cylinder for an industrial vehicle is provided to absorb physical impact applied to the car body or the boom bracket from the working machine appropriately. An impact absorption apparatus of a boom cylinder for an industrial vehicle comprises a bracket(11), a friction unit(15), a sensor unit(25) and flow path opening/shutting switch. The bracket is prepared in one of a car body or a boom bracket(12). A shaft pin(6b) fastens a tie bar(13) placed in the bottom of a cylinder body(6a) of a boom cylinder(6) and allows rotation thereof. By using the pressure flow actuating a moving rod(6d) of the boom cylinder, the friction is applied to the tie bar or released. The sensor unit generates the operating signal before the moving rod of cylinder reaches the lowest lowered position.
