<p>A flexible film is provided to ensure excellent tensile strength and dimensional stability by forming a metal layer on an insulating film with a thermal expansion coefficient of 3-25 ppm/°C. A flexible film(100a) comprises an insulating film(110a) and a metal layer(120a) formed on the insulating film. A coefficient of thermal expansion of the insulating film is 3-25 ppm/°C. The insulating film comprises one or more selected from polyimide, polyester and liquid crystal polymer. The metal layer comprises one or more selected from nickel, gold, chrome and copper. The metal layer further includes a first metal layer arranged on the insulating film and a second metal layer arranged on the first metal layer.</p> |
