PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of preventing deterioration of comfortability by preventing frost formation to an evaporator and avoiding damage of a compressor without adding a frost preventing sensor. SOLUTION: The air conditioner is provided with a temperature sensor 21 measuring a temperature of the evaporator, a pressure loss calculating part 31 calculating a pressure loss of a non-azeotropic mixed coolant in the evaporator, a temperature gradient calculating part 32 calculating a temperature gradient of the non-azeotropic mixed coolant in the evaporator on the basis of the calculated pressure loss, a temperature estimating part 33 estimating the lowest temperature in the evaporator on the basis of the temperature measured by the temperature sensor 21 and the temperature gradient, and a circulation control part 34 controlling a flow rate of the non-azeotropic mixed coolant discharged from the compressor on the basis of the estimated temperature.
