PURPOSE:To print stored information from a storage device in addition to the quantity and price of articles by storing the storage device in a controller with at least call numbers of articles, corresponding article names, price information, etc. CONSTITUTION:An article is specified from a key input part in addition to label printing 5 based upon weighing operation that an electronic balancer performs normally. Unit characters corresponding to the name and quantity of articles among the pieces of information stored in the storage means 41 in the controller 4 are read out. Further, the printing operation 5 for printing the quantity and price of articles which are inputted separately is provided. Therefore, the print contents of a fixed price label which does not require weighing include only the the article name and price or quantity data on articles together with unit characters. Consequently, labels suitable to articles are issued. Respective data are set easily and pricing operation is performed easily and efficiently.
