<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator that exhibits superior vibration characteristics using a comparatively simple method of manufacture, and to provide an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The actuator has: a vibration portion with a movable plate 22 and a pair of coupling portions 23, 24 coupled to the movable plate 22 so that the movable plate 22 can be turned; a supporting portion 21 for supporting the vibration portion; and a drive means for allowing the movable plate 22 to turn. The vibration portion is divided into a first member 2A and a second member 2B at one point of a direction along the center axis X of the turning of the movable plate 22, the first member 2A is bonded to the second member 2B via a bonding film, and the bonding film 6 includes an Si skeleton containing siloxane (Si-O) and a random atomic structure and a leaving group combined to the Si skeleton. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
