A method for producing castings of ammunition by lost foam casting with crystallization under pressure includes arrangement of an extrusion chamber, a punch, producing a cellular polystyrene pattern, its installation into a casting container, molding thereof by a friable filler, pouring into extrusion chamber liquid melt within the temperature range by 100± higher than the liquidus temperature, application by the punch of external efforts of extrusion to the melt surface. The cavity of cellular polystyrene pattern is provided with a fusible rod, which is melted at reaching the melting temperature, forming at that a cavity of required configuration in the casting. |
