PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding gate adaptable to large frontages by preventing a moving side end from being sagged. SOLUTION: The lifting side end of a diagonal member 2A extending diagonally upward to the lifting base side is vertically slidably connected, through an upper moving pin 24, to an upper guide member 26 secured to the upper side of a lifting base column 9 or a rotary column 11. The lifting side end of a diagonal member 3A extending diagonally downward to the lifting base side is vertically slidably connected, through a lower moving pin 25, to a lower guide member 27 secured to the lifting base column 9 or the rotary column 11. The intersection part between the lifting base side end of a diagonal member 2B and the lifting base side end of a diagonal member 3B extending diagonally downward to the lifting base side which is disposed between the lifting base side end of the diagonal member 2A and the lifting base side end of the diagonal member 3A is connected to a fixing member rotatably through a fixed pin shaft 4A. When a door body 6 is extended, The diagonal member 2A extending diagonally upward to the lifting base side and the diagonal member 3A extending diagonally downward to the lifting base side are rotated counterclockwise about the fixed pin shaft 4A.
