PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the rationalization of setting work by leaving out the adjustment of sensitivity required for the mounting of an photoelectric sensor on a game machine by enabling the initial setting for a plurality of game machines simultaneously while setting a front door to emit an alarm at a fixed degree of opening. SOLUTION: The game machine is provided with a detection means for detecting the opening or closing of the front door 3 to alarm for the opening or closing of the front door. It is provided with the photoelectric sensor 9 which is made up of a light emitting element and a photodetecting element and disposed on the cabinet like body with a reflection surface on the side of the front door and a sensor control part which inputs a detection signal from the photodetecting element receiving light emitted by the light emitting element of the photoelectric sensor. The sensitivity of the photoelectric sensor is determined from the detection signal input from the photodetecting element, thereby keeping the timing of generating an alarm signal output from the sensor control part with the opening of the front door stored in a memory element of the sensor control part to emit an alarm at a prescribed degree of opening of the front door.
