A life log system of a third viewpoint and a method thereof are provided to allow surrounding smart objects to obtain user information and receive and record the obtained user information. A smart object(200) collects life log information of the third viewpoint about a user approaching to a specific area. The smart object comprises a communication module(210), a beacon module(220) and an information collection module(230). The communication module transceives data with a user terminal(100). The beacon module periodically outputs a specific signal informing its own presence to the user terminal positioned within the specific area. The information collection module collects the life log information of the third viewpoint about the user having the user terminal. The user terminal receives and stores the life log information of the third viewpoint collected from the smart object.
