FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: portable device incorporates a tube-like column, bit feed screw with a feed handle, rectangular holder moving along and about the column axis and jig. The device comprises threaded bush arranged on the column top and three vertical posts. The said bit feed screw is arranged inside the column along its axis. The holder has two square bushes with the through round holes spaced apart in height, aligned coaxially with the column outer diametre and arranged between aforesaid two parallel plates. The posts are fitted on the top square bush parallel to the column and coupled by a washer that has an orifice for the bit feed screw to revolve and move along the column axis. The jig is arranged at the column bottom and is furnished with a mounting assembly rigidly jointed with the jig plate representing a disk with the through central mounting hole and through holes arranged along the circumference. One of the said holes is arranged on the disk horizontal axis, perpendicular to the column axis, and makes the drilling orifice with its axis aligned with the rectangular holder orifice axis. ^ EFFECT: reduced repair terms, longer life. ^ 3 dwg |
