PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a label punched out from a label rolled web accurately and quickly in a molding die. SOLUTION: A production system 10 of an in-mold container consists of; a label rolled web feeder 11 for feeding a label rolled web 2a, a cylindrical bottom die 21 located under the label rolled web 2a supplied from the label rolled web feeder 11 and a punch 22 for punching the label rolled web 2a in a gap with the cylindrical bottom die 21 to shape a label 2. A suction head 23 for adsorbing the label rolled web 2a and the shaped label 2 is arranged in the punch 22. After going through a label adsorption conveyance line 35, a transfer means 15 and an adsorption traveling plate 16, the label 2 adsorbed by the suction head 23 is absorbed and wrapped around a periphery of a label holding core 5 which waits at a label rolling section 33.
