PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide impedance measuring device that improves measurement accuracy with little affect of noise. SOLUTION: The impedance measuring device includes a bridge circuit 2, a power supply 3, and a detector 4. The bridge circuit 2 has 4 resistors R1-R4, input terminals 21/22, and output terminals 23/24. The power supply 3 has sine-wave signal source 31 connected to the input terminal 21 and cosine-wave signal source 32 connected to the input terminal 22, while the detector 4 has first transducer 41 connected to the output terminal 23, second transducer 42 connected to the output terminal 24, and phase detector 45. These first transducer 41 and second transducer 42 convert the current flowing to each output terminal 23, 24 into voltage and then output it.
