PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a content distribution system allows a user of a content reproduction device having a DMP function to easily grasp the state of portable communication terminal equipment having a DMS function.

SOLUTION: A mobile phone 1 is configured to transmit content stored in its own device through a domestic LAN 201 to a DMP device 101 in response to a request from the DMP device 101, and provided with: a state detection part 32 for detecting the state of its own device related with content transmission; and a communication control part 30 for transmitting the state information indicating the content of the state detected by the state detection part 32 through the domestic LAN 201 to the DMP device 101.
