A corner guard and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the impact absorption capacity and durability by having the multilayer urethane structure. A corner guard manufacturing method comprises: a step of manufacturing a tubular urethane film whose one end is closed(S100); a step of accommodating the tubular urethane film within a mold(S200); a step of injecting the air into a tube shape internal space part of the urethane film admitted within the mold(S300); a step of making the outside the mold vacuum(S400); a step of injecting the foamed urethane into the space part(S500); a step of manufacturing the urethane film whose one end is closed; a step of manufacturing the urethane film whose both end are opened; and a step of welding one end of the urethane film(S120).
