PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel changing device that has a constitution simpler than a mechanical valve and opens or changes the channel of liquid flowing continuously, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the channel changing device 1, when liquid L is introduced into a liquid introduction channel 20 with first pressure P<SB>1</SB>, the liquid L flows in the liquid introduction channel 20 and stops in a hydrophobic region 25 of a confluence channel 23. When gas G is introduced into a gas introduction channel 22a with second pressure P<SB>2</SB>, the liquid L stopping in the hydrophobic region 25 flows to a first liquid discharge channel 21a, and the gas G is discharged from a second liquid discharge channel 21b to the outside.
