A fluid transfer tube body is molded using a resin or a rubber material. The molded tube body is transferred at a given speed. Thereafter, in the step of continuously winding a tube body, a cord-shaped heater is disposed along the outer circumference of the fluid transfer tube body formed of a resin material. A plurality of filamentous members are then woven around the tube body to form a thermal insulation layer having a woven structure that continuously covers the outer circumferential surface of the tube body with the cord-shaped heater disposed thereon along the longitudinal direction and fixes the cord-shaped heater so as to contact with the outer circumferential surface of the tube body.
