DATABASE SYSTEM AND DATA MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily control and change access right in association with user's attribute in an organization.

SOLUTION: A document access specifying part 42 specifies an access mode (kind) such as reference, creation and approval and a document to be accessed in a database 1. A document creation/reference right check part 43 determines whether or not a user has access right to the specified document and kind of access based on the post and position of the user. A page creation/reference right check part 45 checks whether or not the user has access right for reference and creation for the part and access right specified by a document table of contents display part 44. A page display/write part 46 displays a page of the specified document.
