PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out a material healing or improving dry eye without decreasing quality of life, and to produce new medicines and new processed food comprising the found out material as the active ingredient.

SOLUTION: The new enteric preparation for treating or preventing dry eye comprises lactoferrin as an active ingredient and the new processed food comprises the preparation.
