Method for quantitative determination of steroids and flavonoids of biologically active substances of phytogenic origin includes extraction of sample being analyzed, its interaction with chemical reagents in solutions and measurement of optical density of dyed solution. Sample being analyzed is extracted in ethanol, with filtration of extraction, with carrying out calculation of content of steroids and flavonoids.
