摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further downsize a rectlinear-motion actuator by reducing unit width and to convert a force at a weakest tensile force point to a translatory reciprocating movement with little loss by offsetting the center of a movable plate from the center of a final stage gear. SOLUTION: The actuator has a motor, a speed reducing mechanism combined with the motor shaft, and a translatory reciprocating movement mechanism which converts the rotation of the final stage gear in the speed reducing mechanism to the translatory reciprocating movement. The final stage gear has a pin displaced from the center of rotation. The translatory reciprocating movement mechanism consists of a slit, and the movable plate in which the pin is formed movably within the slit. The slit is arranged in a direction orthogonal to the motor shaft axis. The center position of the length direction is located on a line passing through the center of the final stage gear parallel to the motor shaft axis. A reciprocating movement axis of the movable plate is offset from a line passing through the center of the final stage gear in a direction away from the motor shaft. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
