PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chain guide rail capable of being accurately and easily formed in a frame. SOLUTION: Chain guide rails 11 to 14 are so formed that some parts of frames 23 to 25 are bent toward the inside of the frame 4 at joints 26, 27 in which a plurality of the frames 23 to 25 constituting the frame 4 storing a chain 3 is joined. In these chain guide rails 11 to 14, for example, the frame plates 23 to 25 accurately formed by laser processing, press work or the like are joined to one another by welding, and thereby the chain guide rails 11 to 14 can be accurately and easily formed in the frame 4.
