METHOD FOR REMOVING SURFACTANTS AND FAT ACID FROM HAIR DYES, AND SIMULTANEOUS ANALYTICAL METHOD OF MAIN INGREDIENTS IN HAIR DYES

A simultaneous analytical method of main ingredients in hair dyes is provided to separate and weight 20 kinds of the principal component in hair-dyes with HPLC, to ensure excellent reproducibility and quantitability, and to reduce the time of analysis by using 2-D HPLC. A simultaneous analytical method of main ingredients in hair dyes comprises a step classifying the principal components of hair-dyes into two groups; and a step analyzing the principal components by HPLC employing two columns. The principal component of a group of two groups is analyzed in one column of HPLC and the principal component of another group of two groups is analyzed in another column of HPLC while simultaneously washing and maintaining the balance. The analysis work and preparation work are carried out alternately in two colums.
