PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parabolic acoustic diagnostic device hardly causing exfoliation of an adhesive between a parabolic sound collector and a pedestal for fixing it, relative to an impact force applied inevitably to the parabolic sound collector or vibration transferred constantly from a diagnosis object. SOLUTION: In this parabolic acoustic diagnostic device 1 equipped with the parabolic sound collector 50 having a microphone inside and a parabolic shape, and the pedestal 100 loaded with the parabolic sound collector, wherein the parabolic sound collector is fixed onto the pedestal by the adhesive 110, opening parts are formed on parts of a parabolic adhesive surface 101 of the pedestal, and adhesive introduction holes 120, 130, 140, 150 elongating from the opening parts 121, 131, 141, 151 toward the inside of the pedestal, which are the adhesive introduction holes through which a part of the adhesive is introduced, are provided.
