<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte solution battery and a battery pack with charge/discharge cycle characteristics improved, without damaging discharge capacity. <P>SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolyte solution battery is provided with a cathode, an anode collector, and a layer containing an anode active material carried on one or both faces of the anode collector.
