PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relief valve device wherein a plurality of variable relief pressures can be variably provided without incurring cost-increase and complicated adjustment work. SOLUTION: The relief valve device includes a spring chest A constituted in the inside of a valve element 110, a poppet member 140 provided movably in the inside of the spring chest A so as to be brought into contact with or separate from a sheet face 112a constituted at the end of an opening on the side of the spring-chest A in a main-body input-port 112, and a relief spring 150 for maintaining the main-body input-port 112 in a closed state when the poppet member 140 is pressed to the sheet face 112a of the main-body input-port 112. In the case when the poppet member 140 is separated from the sheet face 112a against the spring force of the relief spring 150 to open the main-body input-port 112, the separation between the main-body input-port 112 and a main-body output port 113 is connected through the spring chest A.
