The adaptor (1) has an external surface (2) to cooperate with a deformable valve, and an inner volume with a conduit (4) that permits the passage of surgical or medical instrument into an elongated body of the adaptor. The conduit has sealing unit e.g. tricuspid type haemostatic valve (22) and a haemostatic valve, at its proximal and distal ends. The haemostatic valve (22) is maintained between a support (8) and a washer (9), where the adaptor has a distal end fitting in conical shape. |
