PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fixing a rotary part for improving the waste of water and eliminating any other unreasonableness. SOLUTION: In a car washer and a car washing method, regular tap water is introduced to a pressurizing tank body 4 of a cylindrical curved shape through a water supply pipe 1, jetted outwardly in the downward direction from the pressurizing tank body 4 by increasing the pressure, and changed into a spiral wafer flow. An inner tank and an outer tank of the pressurizing tank body 4 are partitioned by a partition plate 6 (a peripheral wall), and a through hole 7 is formed in the partition plate 6 to equalize the pressure in the inner and outer tanks. A plurality of arcuate bent pipes 8, 9 are provided on inner and outer layers in a bent manner, and inclined. Further, the arcuate bent pipes 8, 9 are arranged opposite to each other so as to jet the water flow in the directions opposite to each other from the inner and outer tanks. Cleaning is performed by using the contact resistance friction of the right-handed rotation and the left-handed rotation of the spiral water flow. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
