PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the light emitting configuration to be varied by a movable body according to the movement of the movable body without receiving the movement restriction by a harness for the power feeding to a light emitting means. SOLUTION: On the right edge section 19d of the frame-like body 19 of a decorative member 18, a decorative body 32 is arranged, and at the same time, a first light-emitting means 34 which can irradiate the decorative body 32 with light from the side is arranged. On the upper edge section 19a of the frame-like body 19, a second light-emitting means 36 is arranged. On the frame-like body 19, the movable body 28 which can move between a first position where the decorative body 32 is covered and a second position where the second light-emitting means 36 is covered is arranged. Then, under a state in which the movable body 28 is located at the first position, the movable body 28 emits light in such a manner that the light from the first light-emitting means 34 being cast from the side is reflected by the decorative body 32. Under a state in which the movable body 28 is located at the second position, the movable body 28 emits light in such a manner that the light from the second light-emitting means 36 being cast from the rear is transmitted while being spread.
