The cable stripper 100 has an opening 131 in its body 130 into which the cable 190 is placed. A first blade 110 can cut a surface of a cable 190 around the periphery of the cable 190, and another blade 120 can cut the surface of the cable 190 lengthways along the cable 190. The depth of cut can be altered. The blades 110,120 can be changed. In another embodiment, (fig 5) there may be only one blade (410, fig 5) in the stripper (400, fig 5) whose position can be changed so that it can produce both the peripheral cut and the lengthways cut. |
