PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intelligence type traffic control robot for protecting a pedestrian with a flag signal for traffic control on a road. SOLUTION: This traffic control robot comprises a body where a robot arm for a flag signal guiding a stop of a vehicle or a pedestrian with the flag signal for traffic control is turnably installed, a moving means coupled to the body for movement on the road, and a robot controller that is operated by an already stored robot driving program and controls the movement on the road by the moving means and the execution of the flag signal by an robot arm for the flag signal.
