<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control yaw moment to secure stability of vehicle behavior when a turn of a vehicle body is ended, for example. <P>SOLUTION: This yaw moment controller for vehicle has: a target yaw moment setting means 2 setting a target yaw moment; and a yaw moment control means 6 of the vehicle body including a rear wheel braking/driving force distribution means 3 for controlling braking/driving force distribution of at least right and left rear wheels 10a, 10b.
